NoMachine Enterprise Terminal Server Cluster Subscription
A subscription guarantees the right to use the software for the term of your subscription and receive any product update, including major versions. The subscription includes NoMachine support for any issue related to your installation. There is no limit on the number of support enquiries that can be opened. NoMachine experts will respond within 24h, Monday to Friday. You can also use any version of the software, as part of your subscription, even versions that are prior to the current version, in the case, for example, you decide to postpone the upgrade. The subscription is recurring and will automatically renew unless you revoke it at least 7 days before its next expiry.
The right to use the software for the full term of your subscription and software upgrades, including software updates to any major version, independently from what version the software was at the time of your purchase, support with 24h of response time.
