The subscription includes NoMachine support for any issue related to your installation. There is no limit on the number of support enquiries that can be opened. NoMachine experts will respond within 24h, Monday to Friday. You can also use any version of the software, as part of your subscription, even versions that are prior to the current version, in the case, for example, you decide to postpone the upgrade. The subscription is recurring and will automatically renew unless you revoke it at least 7 days before its next expiry.
